Arizona Church Workers' Development Conference
Learning Sessions Include: The Robotronic Gospel, Adam Smith
As time wizzes by, congregational attention spans are shrinking, technology is multiplying faster than you can thumb through an issue of Wired magazing, church-hopping is at an all-time high and our ability to interest and connect in lasting relationship to younger generations slipping out the back doors of our churches is flatlinging. Like it or not, those are the facts. Let's not igore it. Let's not sniffle about it or blame it on the liberal media. The question is: What do we do about it? So--you're not a web programer, a video pro, or creative sevant. Who cares? The fact that you're naming sermon series from TV shows that stopped being cool 6 years ago might be an indicator that your ministry could use an inventive shot in the arm. Don't deny it. You know who you are. We built a class for you.

Worship: A Dialogue from the Inside Out! Brian Wurzell & Jason Williams

Whether you’re in a new church plant or what feels like a church becoming a monument this session and dialogue will be a great time of learning from each other. How do I get musicians? Where do you find good music? How do I keep my team/band motivated? What resources are out there to help my ministry be more successful? What is the line between worshipping and performing? How do I deal with my old school Senior Pastor? I am a Senior Pastor, how do I coexist with my young buck, ‘Hippie looking’ Worship Leader?! Come out and let’s tackle some of these questions!
